Dominic J. Moceri: Partner,
Finance/Acquisition has been instrumental in providing leadership and vision in an ever-changing market, building an earnest reputation for himself and the Moceri family through dual traditions of hard work and dedication. Dominic is known for his exceptional expertise in development vision, acquisitions, entitlements, approvals and financial arrangements. As local media’s “go to” guy for a reliable residential outlook, he is a voice for fairness and transparency with a resounding mantra of Environmental Sensitivity and Economic Sustainability. Dominic received a degree in finance from the University of Detroit, where he was honored with the receipt of the Detroit Chapter of the Financial Executive Institute’s Award for Academic Excellence. A formerly licensed NASDAQ and NYSE registered representative; Dominic also served a term as President of the Building Industry Association’s Southeast Michigan chapter and is on the board of the Michigan Association of Home Builders (MAHB). His presence in the industry as a speaker for regional and national forums on real estate trends and finance have made him an industry fixture, while his charitable endeavors include the Italian American Cultural Society (IACS), Leader Dogs for the Blind and the Rainbow Connection.  |
