Your request will be processed during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.. If this is an emergency please call 248-340-9400, ext. 22.
Important Notice:
If you have an emergency condition with your home that presents an imminent danger of harm to persons or damage to property, you should contact emergency service personnel (e.g., fire department) or the relevant utility provider (e.g., gas company, electric company, etc.), as appropriate. Consult the warranty service guidelines provided to you at closing for contact information for emergency service personnel and utility providers in your area.

Service Policy:
Service requests should be submitted in writing to Moceri's main office with the exception of emergency requests which should be called in immediately. This assures that we can respond as quickly and efficiently as possible. Service requests may be faxed to 248-340-9401 or sent through our online Customer Service Request Form.
It is our policy to complete repairs and replacements within thirty days from the date your request is processed. This includes repairs and replacements that are noted during your walk-through. At times, due to circumstances that are beyond our control, some repairs may take more than thirty days. Delays can be caused by shortage of materials, back ordered parts from manufacturers, labor problems and inclement weather. Your Customer Service Representative will keep you informed of work scheduled for your home.
If you have given Moceri permission to enter your home in your absence, then each day that work takes place a notice will be left on the door knob or in the entry.
Moceri or its subcontractors will not enter your home if children are present without adult supervision.
